Report a bug

To help us fix it faster, please include where possible:

  • your device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 26);
  • the game version, if shown on the settings screen;
  • what happened and how to reproduce it;
  • a screenshot or screen recording, if you have one.

Pricing & purchases

Sortlock is free to play. Optional rewarded videos can top up hints and undos — you watch only when you choose to. There are no forced ads between levels and no in-app purchases in the current build. If paid purchases are added later, they will be tied to your App Store or Google Play account and restorable from the same account; refunds are handled by the relevant store.

Delete my data

Local data

Progress and settings are stored on your device. To remove them: reset progress in the game settings, or delete the app — the data is wiped along with it.

Online data

To delete data linked to the daily board and Echo duels, email sortlock@shurco.app with the subject "Delete my data". We will process the request and confirm deletion.
